This is the student homepage that Inner Sydney High School laptop devices default to when a new Chrome web browser is opened. It contains all links that students will need in their learning such as:
School-based applications, such as Sentral and the school library
NSW Department of Education (DoE) applications, such as Student portal and email
Subject specific school subscriptions, such as STILE for Science and SoundTrap for Music
DoE and school subscription learning tools, such as the Microsoft Education Suite, Google Education Suite, Flipgrid, Canva, Zoom and Adobe Connect
Wellbeing resources, such as Headspace and Beyond Blue
Sentral parent portal
Staying in touch with your child's learning journey is easy with the Sentral parent portal.
Receive secure news items targeted for your child's school involvement on your mobile, tablet or computer.
The Sentral Parent Portal lets you:
- Stay informed with your targeted news feed
- Browse school documents and resources
- Receive your child's report electronically
- Receive your child's continuous assessment results
- Be notified of absence, respond to unexplained absences or advise the school in advance of planned absences
- View your child's timetable
If you have not yet received an invitation email to register for Sentral parent portal, or are experiencing technical difficulties please contact the school and we will be happy to assist you.
School Uniform
A uniform shop is located onsite and open on Thursdays. Access is via the School Admin Office. Orders can be placed online or direct with the uniform supplier.
Important note regarding shoes
Black leather shoes are a very important part of the school uniform and in accordance with Work Health
and Safety Requirements. Shoes need to be plain black with no visible logo and no mesh. Canvas shoes are only permitted for sport.
